Me and my boyfriend only been together for 1 month and he's telling me he love me already. I don't know if I should say it back or just tell him "No". I've been through "love" before and the boy cheated on me. What would you do? Do you think he's just saying he loves me for sex?

Patrick Makau not only continues the tradition of Kenyan domination in the marathon, he propels the Kenyan mystique. His world record breaking performance at the 2011 Berlin Marathon on Sunday, September 25, bested that of Haile Gebrselassie who, at the age of 37, has become known as one the best runners ever to run the marathon. Haile, you've met your match. The world record time clocked in at 2 hours, 3 minutes, and 38 seconds, 21 seconds faster than the previous record. The two gazelles ran with each other at the front of the pack through the first half of the race. Patrick knew he he had to shake Haile off in order to secure the lead. Using some strategic ingenuity, Patrick decided to weave from one sidewalk to the other across the street as they raced down the streets of Berlin. It worked. Haile dropped back. Destroyed psychologically, though also suffering from an asthma attack, he stopped around mile 17, bent over on the sidewalk gasping for breath. Congratulations Mr. Makau!

9/11 reflections
Journalism students! The tenth anniversary of 9/11 is coming up on Sunday. Newspapers and magazines across the country are dedicating special sections of their journals to commemorate that day.

The mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg, decided to evacuate certain areas of NYC along the coast because of the oncoming hurrican Irene. This call for an evacuation reminds me of the movie The Day After Tomorrow where climate change causes a series of massive hurricanes to flood all of New York City. It appears that climate change real and creating some dangerous storms. We've also had some strong storms around here in Chicago and there's been a serious drought happening in Texas. I guess we'll see how much this hurrican does over the weekend.
